    StayingInLeb.com is a joint initiative between Youth Energy for Development (YED) and Michel Issa Foundation for Local Development (MIF) that offers a complete and free of charge solution for employers and jobseekers alike.

    StayingInLeb.com connects employers to relevant profiles and helps them recruit the best talents, and provides jobseekers with relevant job vacancies of different experience levels and industry types across Lebanon.

What is YED?

Youth Energy for Development (YED) is a Lebanese NGO dedicated to empower the young generation of Lebanon. With 5 years of experience, YED mirrors the diversity of the Lebanese Community and it is committed to be beneficial for all.
YED was established in August 4th 2014, under registration notice number 1496 by young people to help young people stay in Lebanon.

Objectives
    • We are committed to developing the capacity of the Lebanese Youth by providing them with the necessary life skills, so they succeed in their daily lives and retrain them in Lebanon.
    • We enhance diversity, democracy and human rights by advocating Youth policies and lobbying for relevant youth rights, so we build a better future for the Youth community.
What is MIF?

Michel Issa Foundation for Local Development (MIF) was founded in 2012 under Registration Notice number 71 bearing the name of the Founder and Chairman of IPT Group.
ichel Issa Foundation for Local Development (MIF) aims to achieve sustainability programs in the field of local development to bridge the gap between the public and private sectors, build capacities for employment in Lebanon, and foster entrepreneurship initiatives among the youth to become business owners and leaders without the need to immigrate.

Objectives
    • Promote local development by investing in and strengthening capabilities and supporting local administrations through the implementation of local development projects and the support of the civil society and the local administration.
    • Motivate people to live and build careers in their hometowns and contribute in local development.
    • Emphasize the role of administrative decentralization to achieve a balanced growth.
    • Benefit from local and international expertise to achieve local development.
